Tutorial videos made by Professor Borja Varona to introduce students in SAP2000 basics: static, modal and buckling analyses
Tutorial videos made by Professor Borja Varona, to introduce the student in the management of SAP2000 applied to the calculation of reinforced and prestressed concrete structures
Tutorial videos made by Professor Salvador Ivorra, Professor of Structural Analysis, to introduce the student in SAP2000 management with a simple example
This course covers the most common standardized tests for the characterisation of soils and rocks, made when undertaking a geotechnical study of a public work or building.
The course is divided into three parts: the first describes trials of soils, in the second characteristic of rocks trials and, finally, describes operations complementary to the trials as the preparation of thin films or the execution of a geotechnical survey process.

This course is design, calculation, testing and construction of the structures made with structural concrete. It focuses mainly on those of reinforced concrete and is supported by the Spanish structural concrete instruction, known as EHE-08. Its contents develop major States limit past and service and basic construction details of armed concrete elements: beams, brackets, retaining walls, simple elements of Foundation and regions of discontinuity. The course includes a brief introduction to the isostatic prestressed concrete elements
This course is about design, calculation, testing and construction of metal structures made with structural steels. It focuses mainly on the elements of buildings and is supported by the regulations of the technical building code. Its contents develop major States limit past and of service and dimensioning of bolted and welded joints
This publication is focused exclusively on the practices for carrying out a project of construction of a housing development on a basic assumption and its realization with software such as Word, Excel, Autocad, Archimedean (student version), and Microsoft Project. The object of this publication is, on the one hand, the provide or remind students the necessary previous knowledge, especially as regards procedures for construction and machinery, to carry out the practices of the course; on the other hand is indicated, schematically, the usual procedure of measurements and assessments in Civil Engineering. In addition examples which serve as them a reference are provided
